Reporting what? Again, TAUG has nothing. Had nothing even right before all this crap happened. So TAUG becomes reporting. They can report what? Then what? Merge.....merge with who and for what? Why would a company want to merge with TAUG, become on top of TAUG.....for what? Where is there any incentive for anyone to merge with a shell like this, with this kind of drama going on? The only way to come out would be a company merges, takes the top position, replaces dead wait then goes on with their own stuff. Why do all that with TAUG....start your own company....not take over baggage and struggle to get ahead of this mud and drama.
