BTW...how LONG has it been since Sethie told us they had the financing and were working "expeditiously" to complete the required filings?

What's the hang up???
Something Sethie does not wasn't the shareholders to see???

In a few days it will be the end of yet another quarter and we STILL
have not seen the K...
Or the Q from the first quarter!
