And see.....that is where I have issue. TAUG has become nothing but a shell operating in hopes of lawsuits. They pop off about suing everyone, about anything....even when you disagree with them and hurt their little feelings....you get threatened with a lawsuit.
So, again with the point of many posts, arguments and thoughts.....what does TAUG actually have? Well, nothing anymore, except their opinion of this Big Settlement.
So they get any settlement. Then what? There's nothing else there as a company. They have the company name, which has been drug through mud and more the last 4 years. So then what? What happens to the share holders who invested? Well, as we see from the share prices.....nothing but a loss.
Our dear Seth continually claims to be doing nothing but the best for the company and especially/specifically the shareholders who invested. Ok, so how does any of this pan out for shareholders, other than bad?
And the TAUG defense, more specifically the Seth defense is that he was handed a troubled company from previous people....which left him no choice to do the things he has done in order to try and save TAUG. Ok, so who actually believes all this anyway? Wasn't Seth part of this company before the downward spiral of drama? Then he passed off to Stella, then he took it back from Stella. So....TAUG has had nothing but bad management....what is different now?
All this is my opinion of course, which im allowed to state, anywhere.....despite what some may think. But, again....what does TAUG have, what does TAUG make, create or sell???? That's right.....nothing but shares and promises of better days ahead....all on paper that then gets taken back because of hurt feelings.
Sooooo, I see a long road of arguments, fighting, litigation, review time, fighting.....and more time and money wasted on a shell.
Oh well, what do I know?????
