Perhaps bogus is not the correct word. I'm not an attorney (neither is he), but what if, which I'm pretty sure is true, no one but Amarin can file such documents? If that's true, then no matter what he files, it's 100% moot.

And did you read the filings? Are you an attorney and did you verify it's legitimacy? I have no clue what any of that means and based on his track record... well, you know.

And because he's doing "something", it doesn't mean anything. I could be writing my name on a piece of paper 1 million times, that's also something. If this had a remote chance, the company would have pursued this route.
