I'm just not sure why it's showing 80+M shares. A friend of mine can't find it either and doesn't understand it. Thus why I asked the question for clarification.
I believe that Bevo Argo fully acquires URBF around December 31st, 2016 as stated in the agreement. About 17M of shares are still owned by Exceutive Officers of URBF. Why hold on to them if they are really worthless? Alas, I believe they are waiting for the events to unfold before their value goes up.
