A few months ago URBF had hit their max issued shares of 500M and did a 1/20 reverse split to 25M followed quickly by new issues to the current 70-80M range. Robo, you commented on this a couple days ago that BevoAgro didn't want 500M shares but probably could take 75M. I'm no expert; why would URBF drop to 25M shares then issue new shares to triple that number if Bevo was looking to acquire. I find your thoughts interesting and somewhat hopeful but I don't understand it all. Glad to see your posts here.
