Yes, China's markets are getting hammered lately. These were at the bottom of that page. These are similarly situated companies in Eon's industry. I do not know if there is a way to buy into that Exchange, though. I would not, but it's an interesting "dogs of the (Chinese) Dow" point you present. And I guess Hebei Sitong must have split - I hope - because that was trading at over $100/share just a couple of months ago. Eon had actually noted "Dongguan Eontec sees 2016 H1 net profit down 15 pct to 35 pct." If that's the case, they certainly need to find other growth avenues, although I don't know how fast they can expect the amorphous alloys to increase:
