The question, how to value TRTC via an actual financial metric.

The market grants TRTC a lot of slack, as it should being a venture capital equity financed company.

The market has valued TRTC at 10X sales (revenues) in the past, so here's a thought exercise.

New O/S will be about 750,000,000 out of about 990,000,000, times $0.35 = for a market cap of $262,500,000.
Then estimate the forward revenues with Blum of maybe $10,000,000 per quarter for $40,000,000 per year.

So $262,500,000 (new market cap)/ $40,000,000 (estimated forward revenues) = 6.6 will be the non-diluted price to sales ratio.

What will the market do Monday? Based on the above math... not much as IMO it's priced in, since in the past TRTC has garnered a 10X ratio, but I wouldn't go so far as say 6.6x is "cheap" given that TRTC needs to float a ton more stock between now and 2018 and has very poor internal metrics.
