I would like to change my IP address because I am blocked from a lot of US content in Canada. I live 1 minutes walk from the border but I can't get the most basic content frequently. My IP is assigned by my server I believe. My computers are downstream from an ASUS router and I run XP on my trading computer and 10 on all the others. I object to being constrained by licensing constraints in a supposedly free country. Help would be greatly appreciated.
