yeah...those "going concern" paragraphs in an audit opinion are an auditor's CYA in case the company goes broke; kinda like a heads up to a potential investor "why are you investing in this company when they have no $$$ and will have to dilute the shit out of you to stay in business". SOP in 10-Ks for penny stocks on the OTC but also on the big boards.
