I think you're correct on this md; I've been told on numerous occasions that the expectation (not confirmed) is that the bill would be footed by BP, and that small raises were simply maintenance until a substantial event occures, and that makes sense. I also know from a different source in Europe that NWBO is a prime acquisition target (friend is former European BP exec) but that they're holding firm, hard balling their numerous patents. He does say NWBO is taking a risk by holding, but the indications in this filing tell me they're confident in something. That 20+ million volume run up 2 weeks ago wasn't just the MFN thing in my opinion. Something interesting's in the works
