Didn't have 22M shares when LIBE was $0.07

Hindsight's 20/20, but sometimes I do wish I sold my 22 million shares at 7 cents instead of taking on the project.

When you "took over the project on Oct 1, 2014 -- the last time LIBE was even close to a pre-reverse price of $0.07 -- you beneficially owned 10,700,000 shares (most probably restricted) per the 10-K covering FY 2014.

You were awarded the 10M Series A shares in Feb, 2015, when the commons were selling for a pre-reverse $0.006.

You never had 22M shares to cash out when LIBE was at about $0.007, so stop exaggerating.

At best, you probably only had 5M or so in non-restricted shares, worth $300K - $350K.

Sure, you could have sold at that time, but in the years since, you've made that up in salary, and this buyout-of-the-shell deal gives you 11% of the new company, no matter future dilution, more than 3X the share of existing shareholders.

Stop crying the crocodile tears.
