I'm still curious as to whether there may be some SEC prohibitions regarding releasing information before they get SEC approval of the merger.
As for a potential DTC Chill, like I said, I've seen them give approval for a much more dubious reverse merger. I can't see that happening unless they thought there was significant reason for them to question whether the merger would eventually be approved. Right now, other than potential delays in getting all the documents together, I don't see any serious issues that could stand in the way of approval.
Keep in mind that these are OTC companies and they are usually given a lot more leeway and time when it comes to enforcement issues.
