Absolutely no reasonable reason this RM will not happen. What would the resistant point be? Vert Capital gets their money out of Pixelmags, Caprino gets a payoff plus Solaris assets (if he wants) and a nice clean empty shell called SPCL (for a limited time yet) gets a Nasdaq-looking plum named Pixelmags.

Should be trading around a penny right now. Let's catch up towards our true value! Long and strong and not worried a bit! IMHO
