That seems like a distinction without a difference. EONTEC has already stated that they are pursuing with Samsung and others
the application of liquidmetal to CE,specifically cases and other
components. If they cannot use them, what is your point? My point is that EONTEC actually can use them, subject to a fee and approval
from Apple, whether they buy LQMT or not. Of course, as some have
pointed out, if Li/lqmtHK/EONTEC buy LQMT and are on and control the BoD of LQMT........
