Even with a reverse split soon we would have 2 different things to look at . #1 . The float number would be low as insiders stock would remain restricted. #2. reverse split in a year or more cuts the insiders shares in a revenue generating company with the likely hood they hold what shares they have longer term maybe 2 or 3 years as they wait to get more growth created in terms of revenue and value for the new company. If they did a 100 to one RS now we would have about 15 million shares in the float with revenue and very very low dilution. In 2006 we had around 36 million shares in the float ( 74 million outstanding ) and as you know we ran from a low of .0009 in spring of 2005 to 3.27 a share intra day high in 2006 .In March 2011 we had 950,000,000 million OS count and ran from a low in July of 2010 of .0025 to 10 cents in march of 2011 with really nothing going on. The Float is what matters for the next year and after restrictions are off the series B shares and with revenue and a higher stock price they very well may do a RS before they convert but the conditions would be right with the environment of growth revenue and a higher stock price and no outside dilution to follow and with insiders holding their shares even after the RS leaves the float at a very nice place for shareholders as I believe we have insiders who are in this and holding for the LONG RUN and will not disrupt the float we have now with irresponsible converting and trading and so forth. Have A GREAT DAY!! I TURELY BELIEVE THIS WILL BE A GREAT STOCK TO OWN ESPECIALLY WHEN BUYING AT THESE LOW PRICES !
