I agree. If one reads the full 8K all these many little details are right there. Everything should happen about at the same time and our end result will be a company with revenue in excess of $50M, 18.3M OS, 207M AS trading between $5 and $10 with all the directors required for the uplisting to Nasdaq. With so many moving parts it is easy to see their original timetable was a bit optimistic.IMHO
