So I did a little more research.

For those honest investors out there who appreciate information, I was corrected yesterday about a inter partes review of patent 698 that was performed. My question was whether or not a subsequent reexamination could be performed on a patent that had been reexamined by USPTO. The answer to that question is yes... and no. Yes it can be reexamined, multiple times in fact, however not at the behest of the same party. What does this mean? That any of the current litigants could initiate a Post Grant Review.
