All depends on what the big players have in mind. Don't think in those terms. The chart is a bullish pennant(Google it). Measure the breakout, know that subzero otc love to double from top resistance, this one is .0015 and .0019 I believe. So of it gets volume, for whatever reason,like bogus news.
