Chinese investors have had difficulty getting investment money in America for longer then just this year. So why is it that Steep and Lee publicly announced that it was a done deal and didn't clue in any investors as to knowing of any problem that could happen way back in March. So it does go back on to them telling us investors the truth about what's going on. They didn't tell it to us because they might not get us investors to vote for the dilution. There's more play here than what we all can see on the surface.
Telling us just enough to get us to do what they want to me is not acceptable. To me that is deceit
