I dont know, I thought that came across as my opinion, implying that i cant believe with the news that just came out, there are so many shares being traded at an stagnant .0003-.0004 when it just makes logical sense if people are buying shares and .0005 comes up on ask, that i wouldnt want to stack them back up for less at .0004. but thats just my opinion.
