I think so. The distribution of shares has ceased and there doesn't appear to be any shares of any significant size available on L2. The final capitulation appears to have happened from .005 to .0009 as seen in the volume spike. With no more distribution of shares or downward pressure then I could see this rising back to .01 on no news as it is a viable company with an actual revenue generating product unlike many penny stocks. If Marley and JAMN figure out it is best to work together and drop all law suits then this stock instantly could go to .07 - .10 range or much higher on short covering. I would not be surprised if all these law suits are nothing more than smoke and mirrors to drive down the price then drop the law suits to send it back up just as fast as it fell. There are millions of dollars to be made with scheme like that.
