BMSN was at .13 cents before any spin offs . it never did anything except fall sub penny. then ceo koos said it would be too much money to try to develop stem cell products for humans. at that time bmsn had equipment to store stem cells frozen. koos found a loop hole for stem cell products after bmsn fell sub penny and he sold all bmsn assets for sub pennies on the dollar much to shareholders dismay. bmsn spun off entb which failed miserably . now he is doing the scam all over again with bmsn owning 59% of rgbp. since 2010 this whole bmsn ceo koos saga is a total scam.
