So you are saying that you have so many contacts ... mainly surgeons involved in this trial whom also happen to be shareholders, that you can conclude from all communications you have had with them ... that nearly all patients in this trial whom are receiving DCVax-L are living "over double SOC"?

Let's see .... over 300 patients enrolled ... and you have received so many communications from so many folks directly involved with the trial that you have been able to come to a conclusion about the majority of these 300 patients .... in a double blinded randomized trial?
