Same...based on economic data and how their dodging anything until after President elected, if they were to rate hike, you'd see even more bad data along with a major drop in equity markets. There trying to avoid anything that can bias the election as well as keep the market stable...They should raise rates regardless, becuse there starting to set precedents which is not good.
