And two new notes LOL. Priceless. And am I reading this correctly that the former CEO is essentially gone. That lovely 8k says that his interests are non-dilutive "under certain circumstances".

Let's see what was that $197k + $25k in additional notes in September. That's what only at minimum 3-4 million shares that will be sold into the bid shortly. Gotta love this one :)
