quartz-I agree that sam has a stand alone contract with IDCC, with the same options that nok had, but I will also point out that nok preferred to negotiate a lump sum and opt out of its triggered 3g contract. I believe that sam will do the same and we will be done with triggers and mfl clauses.The bottom line is that these things ALWAYS get negotiated and when they finally do, we will see that an unemcumbered IDCC will have many more options available to monetize its portfolio. JMHO
