What can the arbitrtion panel decide? I mean when Nokia requests delay of arbitration pending these documents, can the arbitration panel grant the delay? The arbitration can not decide whether the IDCC-Ericy settlement contract can be the valid trigger point per the IDCC-Nokia contract. If Nokia is trying to accuse IDCC of colluding with Ericy to screw their finnish arse, heck, that is beyond the jurisdiction of the arbitration board. It has to be the D.A. domain, right?

think Ericy's lawsuit qualifies the rate trigger. And that would be fine by itself as arbitration would cover it. Its this other part, 1 release records on ALL PAST LIG/ARB/LIC. To Nokia to study. 2 release the sealed areas of the Ericy lawsuit/settlement.
