Its not about "when" its "IF"....and their credibility on doing what they say is running real low.
Whose credibility? Say what you want about any other deal but do you think Lugee had those LQMT people in China with Chung sitting to his right with Jelbert and the O'Keefe's there as well because he wanted to ask them over for a spot of tea???
Give it a break. I get it. They've failed to close NUMEROUS times, but Lugee doesn't have those people with him unless he expected this deal to close and those were going to be his employees. The CFO, like him or not, sitting to Lugee's right looks awfully like Lugee was the successor CEO with his CFO at his right hand and the VP of Research not far off. Stiepp was nowhere to be found in that photo. No one else finds that odd???
In other words, blame Stiepp all you want for delays, screw-ups, etc. but Lugee doesn't invite these people out for a meeting like that unless he, at at that time (apparently July) expected this deal to definitively close and if you read the Agreement, you'd see that LUGEE was the one asking for more time, NOT LQMT. In fact, it's on LUGEE'S letterhead. LUGEE wanted more time. LQMT has made serious mistakes - egregious mistakes, but it wasn't an LQMT screw-up this time. Hopefully, Lugee can rectify because the fact is that if it had held at .17 and the money came in, it was coiled to pop if the 55 came in, but now it's doing a roll down the hill, which makes it tougher to climb back up to re-coil, but it still becomes irrelevant if Lugee can execute his part of the deal. Lugee wants to make money off LQMT stock, just like any other shareholder. That's why with his bucks, commitment, experience, connections, etc. etc. etc. - on paper, this was probably the best deal that will ever come to LQMT and its shareholders.
Besides, doesn't that "article" about the problems getting money in from China provide your "certainty" that it ain't easy getting 8 mill out of China, let alone 55 more??? This one's not a "credibility" issue, it's a Lugee trying to get it done issue and hitting roadblocks he didn't hit with the 8, but thought he wouldn't hit with the 55.
No, I do not need to have multiple aliases agreeing with me.;-)
