Interesting take, I'd like to know more of your thoughts on this. I was thinking more that Direct was developed to deal with advanced disease after progression and metasteses when tumors end up distant from where the original resected tumor existed and now are in tangled and deep environments were surgery is difficult or impossible. Perhaps being used on the original tumor with/without PD-1inhibitors/L is where they're heading. Intriguing stuff
