Stockholders get $2.35 per share of IDWD they sell to HLS. We own shares in HLS that were received as a dividend. We also have shares coming to us in 995ad.com, which is supposed to IPO at $5.00. If this all works out as scheduled, IDS was a very good buy. I have sold enough IDWD shares to get all my money back. So all the rest of the goodies are at no risk to me. I'll be happy with just the $2.35 for my IDWD shares.
