Question for TC or anyone, please.

I get that a "material event" has to have an 8K filed before it is announced to the world.

What I don't know is, "What constitutes a "material event?"

If we don't see a filing of an 8K by 0830 EST tomorrow, what should we infer? I am long and holding and hopeful it is of an informational nature that does answer some of the many questions we are all raising here, but again, what is material and what isn't??? thank you
