Excellent analysis and I totally agree with you that the $28.8 mil Cameroon Project contract will most likely be broken up into milestones, whereas, CDNL will receive payment for each milestone reached by having completed the Redbird installation that provides clean water for each region within the Cameroon Project contract. This would make the most sense for all parties involved.

The important thing is when the initial financing piece is approved for getting the contract underway, that will provide the necessary approval with signatures from all parties involved. That pretty much sets the stage for the remainder of this contract to quickly follow as the work gets completed for each region. It could very well be they approve the entire $28.8 mil contract, along w/add ons, but stipulate it will proceed step by step as each milestone is reached that meets their requirements and approval.

I have a strong hunch that Kevin needed to unexpectedly travel to a remote area with no internet service, to get the ball rolling on this contract, which is the only reason that makes sense to me. Otherwise, he would have sent that update out already. As a shareholder, I would much rather have him delay an update to jump on any opportunity that presents itself at anytime.

Focusing on the business and staying attuned to what is happening afield is much more productive than wasting one's time on these doomsday scenarios that are intended to be used as a means to attack the company over an ordeal that happened w/USAR-Vast Mtn 12 years ago, for whom CDNL was hired by to provide a service for. That whole story is so full of holes and wild assumptions, that it is very easy to dismiss and ignore!

The charts, especially the Accum/Dist chart, clearly shows that almost everyone is holding tight with all their shares! This only proves folks have dismissed the whole USAR/Vast Mtn ordeal and see the huge opportunity that lies ahead for CDNL. We may very well look back to this time and say to ourselves, why didn't I buy even more than I did? We are at a crossroads that will set the course for CDNL's future. This Cameroon Project is only the start of much more to come in the way of greatly increasing the revenue flow for $CDNL! Hang on, it is going to be one wild and crazy ride, as so many notable events kick into high gear over the remainder of this year. Cheers!
