One of the counterclaims from Centrify stated that Strikeforce is not the owner of patent 698. They state...

"The publicly available United States Patent Office Assignment website shows H
Group Partners, Inc. located at 35 Tucker Street, Danbury, Connecticut 06810 owns a security
interest in the ’698 Patent. A true and correct copy of the assignment webpage is attached hereto
as Exhibit A. On information and belief, StrikeForce has failed to provide adequate evidence
showing ownership of the ’698 Patent. On information and belief, StrikeForce lacks standing to
bring suit for the alleged infringement of the ’698 Patent."

H Group shows up as an ASSIGNEE of the patent because...(this is a copy and paste from the latest 10Q.

In May 2015, the Company executed a secured promissory note with an unrelated party for $310,000, bearing interest at 10% per annum maturing through
March 31, 2018. The note was secured by the Company's intellectual property, accounts, fixtures and property.

CENTRIFY LAWYERS DID NOT SEE THAT THE NOTE HAS BEEN PAID OFF AND H GROUP NO LONGER HAS RIGHTS TO THE PATENT? WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?!!
