Also the "We are started" statement Kevin made on twitter was in large, bold all caps...that also hints at what he meant beyond the words he used...it is very clear to most here that the 28 million contract was signed and will now begin. That is HUGE!!
We should get an 8K by no later than Tuesday which would be the 4th day from the material event which is required per SEC.
