I certainly wouldn't want to bank on that. Last time we did this Chapin announced the ridiculous (and costly for stockholders who had to fight for free-trading stock)and worthless stock dividend to standing applause. I would have never believed that investors so interested in their companies to travel to Vegas for a meeting could be ignorant as to what a stock dividend is.
