Wow that is your plan. Thank God you are not the one running this ticker we would be at .0001 with a no bid.

First if they win 15 million from each one that would be extremely low i would be disappointed at best. But lets assume thats what they get 45 million and with 15 million going to there team at the law firm (atleast 15 million) they keep 30 million. I would advise them to first pay off that 9 million dollar dept that is asset backed than no one can ever try to shout toxic dept because we will literaly have no dept. Than i would put atleast ten million dollars towards more advertisement and i mean a real commercial a national commercial that airs not only on one channel but the main tv networks. Then you will make your money back and then some in one quarter of the fiscal year and that is not even considering huge government contracts but just revs from retail buying. And the rest to running the business. And paying those hefty salaries cause you know they are hefty.

And no more talk about this mumbo jumbo buying back shares. This os is 2.3 billion shares in order to make a difference you have to get the OS down to atleast under 2 billion shares. So they would have to dedicate enough funds to buy back a good 500 million shares. Now you do the math what happens here when people buy shares and not to many willing to sell price rockets up. So we are now around .006 if they announce in the next three weeks all three settlements with each being 15 million or higher at that time no one will be able to get one share for less than .015 or .02. But hold on it could be higher.

So than in order for them to start a share buyback program they would have to file probably also give a pr. Now what do you suppose will happen when investors find out they are going to buy back 500 million shares. No one in his right mind would separate from his shares until atleast .05. Once they actually start buying back price will start to rise because these shares will be locked up. Imagine one entity buying 500 million shares and then retiring them. So just from basic logic they would need alot more than the 45 million from the example to buy back those shares. And to shrink the os buy 50 or even a 100 million shares is kind of point less there are much better things to do with those funds.

Now dont get me wrong i would love for them to do a share buy back of 500 million shares but only if they buyback ten percent after they announce wink wink. Lol.

There opportunity has almost disappeared to do a buyback but hmmm i wonder this sure hung around the .001 area for a long time and than again the .003 to .0045 area also. I would have bought back a ton for very cheap had a while to do it slowly. I recall we had a day not so long ago where we traded 300+ million shares wow alot of cheap shares were purchased that day lol. Well enough speculation this is all just my .02 cents. Glta.
