yeah, I was thinking about that after posting last night a 1 to 16 or 1 to 20 r/s does make the stock too illiquid. Even a 1 to 10 is a really small OS. A 1/4 to 1/6 would be more ideal leaving an OS betw. approx. 26 to 40 mill shares.

Wish the company did more to up the price before even entertaining the notion of an r/s including SEC filing, appointing the 2 required independent board members, getting off pinks to the OTC-BB or OTC-CX (which requires a 0.25 pps, the premier requires a much higher pps at $4 pps). Taking all these steps, without the sword of Damocles [r/s] hanging overhead, in addition to the audited reports would more likely have allowed for higher upward price movement. Now with the cat out of the bag, so to speak, there's just more uncertainty.

Well, let's hope they can find two board members who are well recognized and respected within the sectors (police, military, etc) VTSI is pursuing sales.
