Don't see why antenna bonding is such a problem. Boeing and general Dynamics have been epoxy-bonding aircraft for years. The 777, new 787, and the F-16 are examples of aircraft that are "glued together". And these airframes experience higher stress loads and similar temperature variations. In the case of the 777 for example, the wings grow over a foot in length between ground and altitude.And the entire wing skin is glued on, with a design service life of 40 years.

Another potential solution would be to mechanically attach the antenna directly to the frame under the outer skin using sliding aluminum fasteners to allow for movement. This is not new technology. The solution exists, so its not a show stopper.
