Yes, I was seriously thinking of using it for my TBI until I read the side effects.

I have tremors from Buspirone already - don't nee more.

The likelihood of tremors increases as people age, so I would think that quite a few Alzheimer's patients would be unable to take the drug. This could tied in with that trial started in 2013 that was looking into the genetics of Alzheimer's. It's likely that many medicines should be checked for genetic factors before they are prescribed, and I think that day is coming.
