TPAC is non reporting 1/2 the shit doesnt make it to an actual filing. Thats how crooks operate. But Im sure that 39.4 million shares that Tangiers holds was just a gift right? LMAO

Oh by the way TPAC shows 260k debt delinquent and 380k debt owed to a shareholder. But if DD was actually done then one would know that IR/James made the statement TPAC has paid all debt with conversions.

Glad I could clear that up.
