Longer for appeal, more likely to Affirm.

The time duration effect on the Perry appeals ruling has changed. This is a result of the Robinson, Va, and De cases. They all referenced Lamberth in ruling for govt.

If the appeals court disagree with those, it will hurry so as not to create further conflicts with other jurisdictions.

If the appeals court agree with those, no need to rush so they will take their sweet time.
