Recruitment halt has no bearing on expectations for results to be released between now and the end of 2016. This was "priced in" when management made its latest forecasts.
There can still have another delay because patients are living progression free longer but we are at a point where it looks more and more like a cure if we don't cross 248 events really soon.
That is why I think current price is far from justified. So far the question is are we closer to 10 days or 10 weeks left ?
