So far the theme of this year's strength has been the willingness of investors to rotate out of one sector and into another rather than to abandon all stocks at once....we shall see.
Or it may be just what the algobots are doing and retail has followed.

Right now biotechs are receiving funds. LABU, IBB, XBI.
How long this circular rotation will continue is a big question?
