One poster here did mention that he sold 3.8 million at 17-18 and re-bought in 5M at 13. It could be true and your theory is plausible. We need to know what we own and not use stop-losses. Buy these dips - don't sell into them!
Make the flippers pay by forcing them to buy back in at a higher price! They will then think twice about it next time. IMHO
