I read the Aug 25th PR as very positive. They HAVE serious interest from best in class firms. Any partnership agreement PR would have to be approved by the Partner before issuing. The idea that they have at least a term sheet in place three weeks after the 8/25 announcement seems very probable. The caveat that a deal may not happen is legal CYA.
