The key is to keep it on all day and night and follow the instructions. It's easy to use and it's good quality. Price is very good as it lasts ages. It's discrete and comfortable to wear and has never moved or fallen off when I'm outdoors. And eben though I have a metal rod in my spine it's completely safe and doesn't produce any heat or other sensation.

Sheila Springthorpe Boot the chemist sell them ,bought one for my shoulder last Thursday and kept it on . I was not able to lift my arm,because the shoulder was so painful, today almost pain free ,just twingingIt can be taken of for showering and put back on as it comes with adhesive strips .Thinking of getting one for the back .£20 odd pounds small price to pay as rubs and cream and pain tablets cost more????????

Jean Laing This thing is great, I have suffered chronic back pain for about 5 years and could hardly walk some days and had to give up work, then I found this and since I started using it I am able to hold down a job and do alot more. I highly recommend it.
