I agree. If this deal had somehow not gone through Pixmags would have disassociated itself immediately from a lowly penny stock like SPCL. This is one deal that is hard to see any way it not going through after closely studying the 8K. Just a lot of legal steps to jump through for completion. Expect one of these days a hint of progress will show up in some legal filing somewhere and SP will jump significantly. IMHO
