Assuming no NR in the next few weeks any TA to tell us where SVMI is headed ?

I am trying to decide whether to sell what I have and buy back at a lower price to try and increase my shares, but not sure.
My concern is a NR can happen at any time and with my luck it takes off before I get a chance to rebuy.

any thoughts ?
