$48 M contract announced by DOD. MKRS cannot announce until all signatures on contract. With government, could take a month.
Happy to see price stabilizing around .30--Full investment community not aware. Announcement should cause another pop. Plus commercial stuff in the works. Are we at .10 or $1.00 next?
